  • Procurement Engineer
    I. Responsibilities
    1. Procurement planning and execution: Draw up procurement plans according to business requirements and adjust them flexibly as the market changes, so that materials are always supplied on time.
    2. Supplier management: Identify and qualify high-quality suppliers, negotiate terms of cooperation, monitor supplier performance and maintain strong working relationships.
    3. Cost control: Analyse material costs, negotiate better prices and streamline the procurement process to bring purchasing costs down.
    Order and logistics follow-up: Place purchase orders, track their execution and coordinate logistics to ensure materials are delivered on time, in full and to specification.
    4. Quality control: Establish inspection mechanisms, work with the quality department to inspect incoming materials and resolve any quality issues.
    5. Data analysis: Collect and analyse procurement data and produce reports that support company decision-making and the continuous improvement of purchasing work.
    Qualifications
    II. Requirements
    1. Education and major: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in procurement, logistics or electronic information are preferred.
    2. Experience: 3+ years of procurement experience; experience in the technology industry is preferred.
    3. Professional skills: Familiar with procurement processes, skilled in supplier management and negotiation, capable of cost analysis, and proficient with office and procurement management software.
    4. Communication and teamwork: Strong communication and coordination skills, a genuine team player able to manage relationships with all parties effectively.
